Of All the Gin Joints

As I write this it is almost exactly a year since I was in Paris and took these pictures. How is that possible? I never in my wildest dreams could have conjured up what humanity is experiencing right now. I am trying to find the light, the promise of days when I can take photos like this and travel again. I am trying to be grateful for what I have. I hope you enjoy these and that, for even a moment, they might give you some distraction and inspiration from what we’re enduring at the moment…..the uncertainty of our mortality and our control over her. She is an illusive siren and her call is stronger than all of us. Stay safe and don’t forget to dream of better days my friends.
